Applying Company Policy with the Encrypted Traffic to Detect Malicious Activities

The project presents a solution to one of the common IDS constraints where the IDS cannot inspect the traffic that is encrypted. This can be done by building a network environment in VirtualBox where a client machine is communicating with a server machine where both are configured to use TLS to encrypt the communication between them.

Disabling Phone Camera in Restricted Areas

This project is aimed to create a system that can control cellphone's cameras to disable them in areas where photography is banned. The created system is an Android app called "NoCam" (Figure 1) which covers restricted areas.
